We offer a variety of convenient mortgage payment options to fit your lifestyle and help you stay on track. Whether you prefer to pay online, set up automatic withdrawals, or make extra payments toward your principal, we make it easy to manage your mortgage in away that works best for you.
Recurring ACH Debit:
Set up recurring monthly payments on our website by logging into My Account or by completing the ACH Form. Select the date you want your payment withdrawn monthly, so you’ll know your payment is made on time.
If you need to request a change in your ACH, please fill out the ACH Change Request Form
Pay Online:
Login into My Account to make a one-time payment.
Pay By Mail:
Make your check or money order payable to Sunflower Bank. Write your Loan Number on the check’s memo line and/or include your statement’s payment coupon.

Pay with Bill Pay:
Make a one-time payment or schedule a recurring payment using your financial institution’s online banking service.
Pay at a Bank Branch:
Make your mortgage payment in any Sunflower Bank or First National 1870 branch during normal business hours. Click here to find a branch near you.
Recast Information
A recast allows a borrower to make a large, one-time principal payment towards their unpaid balance resulting in the loan being re-amortized to calculate a new, lower principal and interest monthly payment. A recast does not change the interest rate nor loan terms.
Eligibility:
- Conventional & portfolio loans only
- Minimum principal reduction amount: $25,000
- The first scheduled payment must have been made on the loan
- Loan must be current with no outstanding fees or charges
Procedure:
- After making the first scheduled payment, the borrower is required to contact Sunflower Bank Mortgage Lending Customer Service to request a recast
- The cost to recast is a flat $500 processing fee
- Funds for the principal reduction must be in the form of a wire or cashier’s check
- The borrower will be required to execute a recast document
Non-Eligibility:
- During temporary buydown periods

The following navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move through main tier links and expand / close menus in sub tiers. Up and Down arrows will open main tier menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.
