- Loan Pay/Transaction History: $10.00
- Mortgage Information Letter (MIL): $10.00
- Verification of Mortgage (VOM): $10.00
- Subordination Fee: $250.00
- Recast Fee: $500.00
- Escrow Waiver Fee: UPB x 0.0025
- Payoff Quote (Non-FHA Loans): $20.00 (customers receive one free quote per calendar year/per customer request)
