STRATMOR Group Recognizes 140 MortgageCX Award Winners from Sunflower Bank

We’re proud to recognize more than 140 Mortgage Loan Originators, Sales Managers, and Loan Processors as 2025 STRATMOR Group MortgageCX Award winners. These individuals were selected based on direct borrower feedback and satisfaction ratings collected through a follow‑up survey sent to every customer after loan completion.

The STRATMOR Group MortgageCX Awards celebrate excellence in delivering an exceptional customer experience across the mortgage industry in the moments that matter most to borrowers — clear communication, expectation setting, process execution, and care throughout the loan journey. Awards are presented to Loan Officers/Originators, Processors, Branches, and Lenders who consistently demonstrate outstanding performance, as measured by Overall Satisfaction (OSAT) scores tracked from customer surveys throughout the year.

Award criteria include key indicators of borrower experience such as caring and knowledge for Loan Originators (LOs), and clear, effective communication for Processors and Managers. Additional measurements include responsiveness, keeping borrowers informed, clearly explaining the loan process, likelihood to recommend, likelihood to use the lender again, national production volume percentile, and the percentage of “perfect” loans. Together, these criteria reflect a strong commitment to creating success by delivering experiences borrowers want to talk about and repeat.

About The Ranking

MortgageCX awards badges to loan officers, processors, and managers at the company and national levels, recognizing Top 10, 25, 50, 100, and 200 performers.

Lender best‑in‑class rankings are based on Overall Satisfaction (OSAT). Individual rankings are determined by a composite score using 1–10 ratings across key experience metrics, with volume weighted double. Criteria include customer experience measures, OSAT, likelihood to recommend or use again, national volume percentile, and the percentage of “perfect” loans (no miscues under the 7 Commandments). For companies with less than 200 employees in each role, awards capped at half the employee count.
