No entry fee, payment, or purchase is required.  Sweepstakes open to legal U.S. residents in grades kindergarten through 8th grade at time of entry.  Limit one entry per person.  Odds of winning depend upon the number of qualified submissions received.  Void where prohibited by law.  All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.  Winners must meet eligibility requirements listed and as determined by Sunflower Bank, N.A. (SBNA).
Entrants may register between August 7, 2023 and November 15, 2023, by filling out a registration form at a Sunflower Bank branch in Kansas or online at  sunflowerbank.com/kick-off-kid. Drawings will be held approximately 10 days before each K-State home football game.  Winners will be notified by email or phone based on the email address or phone number provided.  If winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, winner forfeits the prize and an alternate winner will be chosen.  In accepting a prize, the winner and friends/family agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless SBNA and its employees, officers, and directors from any liability arising from damages, injuries, or losses of any kind which may arise from the possession, use or misuse of the prize and experience.  Prizes are non-transferable.  Employees, officers, and directors of SBNA and their immediate families are not eligible to win.
Entrants agree that SBNA, and its employees, officers, and directors shall not be responsible for printing or typographical errors in any promotion-related materials or prizes; stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries; or transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction.  SBNA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time and refuse entry for any reason.  SBNA reserves all rights in the awarding of the prizes.  SBNA respects the privacy of all entrants and will not share any entrant information or email lists with any third parties unless required by law.  By providing valid contact information to SBNA, entrants accept these rules and agree to be bound by the results of the prize drawing.
