Personal Mobile Banking App Updates
On Tuesday, November 14, 2023, the latest version of the Sunflower Bank and First National 1870 Personal Mobile Banking App* will be released for iPhone®, iPad® and Android™ devices.
This update is taking place to ensure the most up-to-date security protocols and app features are in place.
With this release, your existing app login credentials (User ID/Password) will remain the same and your user experience will be minimally impacted.
Please ensure the update is applied to your existing app on November 14. With the latest release, you can expect the following:
- Profile icon will be removed from the static menu at the bottom of the screen and instead will be located in the drop-down menu.
- Zelle® icon will be added to the static menu at the bottom of the app screen and will also be available in the drop-down menu.
- General operational updates and enhancements.
For iPhone/App Store users:
- The app version update should occur automatically on November 14 if your device is set to receive auto-updates. If auto-update is activated on your device, the application will update overnight if charging and connected to Wi-Fi.
- If auto-update is not activated, you should receive a prompt asking you to update the application to the latest version.
- Sign in using your existing User ID and Password.
- Biometric authentication for iOS Touch and Face ID should carryover.
For Android/Google Play users:
- The app version update should occur automatically on November 14 if your device is set to receive auto-updates. If auto-update is activated on your device, the application will update overnight if charging and connected to Wi-Fi.
- If auto-update is not activated, you should receive a prompt asking you to update the application to the latest version.
- Sign in using your existing User ID and Password.
- Biometric authentication such as Fingerprint should carry over.
This update is one of two version enhancements that will occur by December 31 for the Personal Mobile Banking App. More information will be provided in the coming weeks on the next update.
